still<\/p>\n<p>using <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> so you guys use <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> let&#x2019;s<\/p>\n<p>go ahead and tackle that right now so<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;ve been loving my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> and i hope you<\/p>\n<p>guys got yours it&#x2019;s a super powerful<\/p>\n<p>tool to let you know if you&#x2019;re over<\/p>\n<p>fasting or not one of the more important<\/p>\n<p>things when it comes to fasting is for<\/p>\n<p>your specific biology are you doing it<\/p>\n<p>too much it is possible even though<\/p>\n<p>studies can show things on a broader<\/p>\n<p>scale there are individual biological<\/p>\n<p>factors that makes it so that your<\/p>\n<p>experience can be a little bit different<\/p>\n<p>than others and if you are over fasting<\/p>\n<p>for example if maybe you&#x2019;re doing 36<\/p>\n<p>hours or even 24 hours that&#x2019;s too much<\/p>\n<p>for you it&#x2019;s going to be incredibly<\/p>\n<p>difficult to know if it is or not<\/p>\n<p>because you will have to go through an<\/p>\n<p>entire tedious path of finding out if<\/p>\n<p>body fat is going down the rate in which<\/p>\n<p>your body fat is going down because even<\/p>\n<p>though if you wake up and you&#x2019;re burning<\/p>\n<p>mostly carbs which means you&#x2019;re probably<\/p>\n<p>over fasting if you went into a<\/p>\n<p>fast and then went to sleep with an<\/p>\n<p>overnight fast something would be wrong<\/p>\n<p>there but you&#x2019;re still also burning fat<\/p>\n<p>as well so it will be very tedious to<\/p>\n<p>know if you&#x2019;re being incredibly<\/p>\n<p>effective and for intermittent fasting<\/p>\n<p>this is one of the best tools to have in<\/p>\n<p>your back pocket i&#x2019;ve used this so many<\/p>\n<p>times to measure at certain points when<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m extending my fast for example i<\/p>\n<p>normally do 20 hours of fasting but<\/p>\n<p>sometimes i&#x2019;ll do a 36 hour pass or<\/p>\n<p>sometimes i&#x2019;ll do a 23 hour fast<\/p>\n<p>whenever i do those i always check in<\/p>\n<p>the morning to see if i&#x2019;m actually<\/p>\n<p>burning fat still because i don&#x2019;t want<\/p>\n<p>to get into a point where i&#x2019;m not<\/p>\n<p>effective i want to be as efficient as<\/p>\n<p>possible i do know that my normal<\/p>\n<p>fasting schedule 20 hours of fasting<\/p>\n<p>when checking my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> in the morning<\/p>\n<p>usually tells me that i am still burning<\/p>\n<p>fat which is a good thing it means that<\/p>\n<p>my routine is good for my biology my<\/p>\n<p>routine is good for me but this is<\/p>\n<p>incredibly versatile it also helps you<\/p>\n<p>with other things for example i didn&#x2019;t<\/p>\n<p>always feel myself right before doing<\/p>\n<p>resistance training but this showed me<\/p>\n<p>how important that really is as it<\/p>\n<p>breaks everything down for you and lets<\/p>\n<p>you know hey look you should fuel<\/p>\n<p>yourself now you are burning fat but you<\/p>\n<p>want to be effective during this workout<\/p>\n<p>so we&#x2019;re here in my garage and we&#x2019;re<\/p>\n<p>going to go ahead and do my workout i&#x2019;ve<\/p>\n<p>already fueled myself with some protein<\/p>\n<p>and carbohydrates at the recommendation<\/p>\n<p>of the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> and let&#x2019;s go ahead and<\/p>\n<p>check to see if i&#x2019;ve metabolically<\/p>\n<p>switched over to burning predominantly<\/p>\n<p>carbohydrates to get me prepared for<\/p>\n<p>this workout and then we&#x2019;re going to go<\/p>\n<p>ahead and test how much carbohydrates i<\/p>\n<p>burned off<\/p>\n<p>after the workout<\/p>\n<p>[Music]<\/p>\n<p>well as you can see i am currently<\/p>\n<p>burning carbohydrates as i go into my<\/p>\n<p>workout which is perfect as i&#x2019;ve already<\/p>\n<p>fueled up this thing is cool super<\/p>\n<p>dynamic lets you know where you are at<\/p>\n<p>all times now let&#x2019;s quickly go ahead and<\/p>\n<p>jump into the workout<\/p>\n<p>[Music]<\/p>\n<p>[Music]<\/p>\n<p>[Music]<\/p>\n<p>[Music]<\/p>\n<p>so i just got done with my resistance<\/p>\n<p>training for today and now i&#x2019;m going to<\/p>\n<p>go ahead and check to see if the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>shows that i&#x2019;ve burned some of that<\/p>\n<p>carbohydrate or i&#x2019;ve depleted some of<\/p>\n<p>that glycogen already so let&#x2019;s go ahead<\/p>\n<p>and check that out<\/p>\n<p>so as you can see i went from a four to<\/p>\n<p>a three after this i am gonna eat<\/p>\n<p>another meal but after that i&#x2019;m not<\/p>\n<p>going to eat at all so by the time i go<\/p>\n<p>to sleep and wake up the luminous should<\/p>\n<p>easily be telling me that i am burning<\/p>\n<p>predominantly fat and i&#x2019;m probably going<\/p>\n<p>to be burning predominantly fat by the<\/p>\n<p>end of the day even before i go to sleep<\/p>\n<p>but this video was to show you guys<\/p>\n<p>number one i&#x2019;m still using the <a
