hour<\/p>\n<p>fast it is 10 19 a.m and i have been<\/p>\n<p>fasting for 16 hours now obviously it&#x2019;s<\/p>\n<p>overnight so it&#x2019;s not a big deal the<\/p>\n<p>last time i ate was 6 p.m yesterday and<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m about to do my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> results if you<\/p>\n<p>are interested in seeing what <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>results are right after you eat and all<\/p>\n<p>of that i will show you a little bit<\/p>\n<p>later into the video and also you can<\/p>\n<p>check out my <a i took before<\/p>\n<p>getting into ketosis and after i&#x2019;m in<\/p>\n<p>ketosis and the comparison of both and<\/p>\n<p>how they work the mechanism behind them<\/p>\n<p>but in this video i&#x2019;m going to be doing<\/p>\n<p>a 24 hour fast already 16 hours into it<\/p>\n<p>and showing you what we are with the<\/p>\n<p>results right now 16 hours into a fast i<\/p>\n<p>should be in some sort of a keto state<\/p>\n<p>and i&#x2019;m gonna go ahead and open the<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> app and start taking the results<\/p>\n<p>to see where we are right now<\/p>\n<p>okay analyzing breath and<\/p>\n<p>what<\/p>\n<p>i am burning mostly fat incredible work<\/p>\n<p>mommy shirt you&#x2019;re improving your<\/p>\n<p>metabolic collectively by getting a<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"lar-automated-link\" keto<\/p>\n<p>adapted which i&#x2019;m not surprised because<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;ve been on a keto-ish diet for a week<\/p>\n<p>and a half now and i have some great<\/p>\n<p>recipes to share with you guys<\/p>\n<p>especially this great recipe i came up<\/p>\n<p>with protein bread really low in<\/p>\n<p>calories high in protein so you can<\/p>\n<p>reach your protein target for the day so<\/p>\n<p>i am actually really proud of myself i<\/p>\n<p>am at a two<\/p>\n<p>yay me let&#x2019;s see how the day goes i&#x2019;m<\/p>\n<p>really curious if the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> pan will go<\/p>\n<p>from a two to a one by six pm when i&#x2019;m<\/p>\n<p>ready to eat and break my 24 hour fast<\/p>\n<p>okay guys before i start feeling sick<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m gonna go ahead and get my<\/p>\n<p>electrolytes in with my minerals so i&#x2019;ll<\/p>\n<p>go ahead and take you with me<\/p>\n<p>and<\/p>\n<p>we&#x2019;ll do that together and we&#x2019;ll take<\/p>\n<p>the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> results again to make sure<\/p>\n<p>that electrolytes which they shouldn&#x2019;t<\/p>\n<p>because i have a no sugar one are not<\/p>\n<p>taking me out of ketosis<\/p>\n<p>[Music]<\/p>\n<p>this is what i had to resist yesterday<\/p>\n<p>when my kids were having a little duck<\/p>\n<p>donut treat so yummy i had to resist<\/p>\n<p>that guys i actually successfully<\/p>\n<p>resisted that i used to be a newbie with<\/p>\n<p>fasting and electrolytes and all that<\/p>\n<p>fun stuff and<\/p>\n<p>i<\/p>\n<p>used to<\/p>\n<p>used to<\/p>\n<p>do ultima but ultima doesn&#x2019;t have the<\/p>\n<p>high sodium levels that are really good<\/p>\n<p>for people on in ketosis or fasting so i<\/p>\n<p>found this awesome new brand called<\/p>\n<p>l<\/p>\n<p>m<\/p>\n<p>n t<\/p>\n<p>and it actually has a thousand<\/p>\n<p>milligrams of sodium in it and and this<\/p>\n<p>is really just really good for the keto<\/p>\n<p>flu and just making sure you don&#x2019;t feel<\/p>\n<p>really bad when you&#x2019;re fasting or doing<\/p>\n<p>keto i am not a doctor check with your<\/p>\n<p>doctor because messing with your<\/p>\n<p>electrolytes can do some really crazy<\/p>\n<p>damaging things if you have pre-existing<\/p>\n<p>conditions i&#x2019;ve previously been to a<\/p>\n<p>cardiologist i&#x2019;ve checked everything out<\/p>\n<p>i know what it can take and what i can&#x2019;t<\/p>\n<p>take so definitely check with your<\/p>\n<p>doctor and i also do like a few drops of<\/p>\n<p>these trace mineral drops to get me<\/p>\n<p>through so let&#x2019;s go ahead and do that<\/p>\n<p>one for the electrolytes and minerals<\/p>\n<p>and one to just keep drinking all day<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m gonna drink a gallon so that&#x2019;s four<\/p>\n<p>of these to get me through the day so<\/p>\n<p>it&#x2019;s gonna be some exciting times i&#x2019;ll<\/p>\n<p>keep you guys updated i actually never<\/p>\n<p>shared this with you guys<\/p>\n<p>but i am a food addict and i found that<\/p>\n<p>the only way i can have control over the<\/p>\n<p>way i eat is to not eat carbs because<\/p>\n<p>carbs are addictive and that is why i<\/p>\n<p>started this lifestyle so far i&#x2019;ve been<\/p>\n<p>doing good i&#x2019;ve been doing a lot of<\/p>\n<p>mindsets reading books on mindset and<\/p>\n<p>how to change your mindset because food<\/p>\n<p>addiction starts and ends with mindset<\/p>\n<p>and so i&#x2019;m just trying to get myself to<\/p>\n<p>i have control i&#x2019;m a pretty disciplined<\/p>\n<p>person the only thing i don&#x2019;t have<\/p>\n<p>control of is my diet so i&#x2019;m trying to<\/p>\n<p>gain control and based on the two that<\/p>\n<p>i got earlier and it actually believe it<\/p>\n<p>or not which is different from when<\/p>\n<p>you&#x2019;re actually in burning carb mode<\/p>\n<p>it&#x2019;s telling me that i can have 45 grams<\/p>\n<p>of carbs which is very natural to allow<\/p>\n<p>me to eat carbs now that i&#x2019;m burning fat<\/p>\n<p>so let&#x2019;s go<\/p>\n<p>all right so i&#x2019;m still on a 2 which<\/p>\n<p>means my electrolytes did not knock me<\/p>\n<p>out of ketosis 2 22 p.m and i&#x2019;m getting<\/p>\n<p>really hungry so i decided i&#x2019;m gonna<\/p>\n<p>make a keto routine strawberry bundt<\/p>\n<p>cake this stuff is amazing i&#x2019;ve been<\/p>\n<p>playing around with recipes definitely<\/p>\n<p>stick around if you&#x2019;re interested in low<\/p>\n<p>calorie keto friendly high protein<\/p>\n<p>snacks breads cakes desserts because i<\/p>\n<p>have such a major sweet tooth so the<\/p>\n<p>keto diet you would think it would be<\/p>\n<p>crazy for me to want to do a keto diet<\/p>\n<p>but believe it or not guys you know is a<\/p>\n<p>ratio keto is not a specific food it&#x2019;s<\/p>\n<p>not a specific packaging or anything<\/p>\n<p>like that basically to get into ketosis<\/p>\n<p>your body needs to be either in a<\/p>\n<p>calorie deficit or you eat very low<\/p>\n<p>carbs what i&#x2019;m doing is mostly calorie<\/p>\n<p>deficit and no bad processed carbs so<\/p>\n<p>yes i do eat a little bit higher in<\/p>\n<p>protein because i&#x2019;m also trying to put<\/p>\n<p>on mussels so stick around i&#x2019;m excited<\/p>\n<p>to show you and four more hours to go i<\/p>\n<p>cannot wait to get into this cake and<\/p>\n<p>just for the purposes of documentation<\/p>\n<p>we are<\/p>\n<p>three o&#x2019;clock we&#x2019;re gonna <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" i<\/p>\n<p>have three hours to go technically i&#x2019;m<\/p>\n<p>not in full ketosis yet so i&#x2019;ll probably<\/p>\n<p>will not reach level one on <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> in<\/p>\n<p>three more hours maybe i will maybe i<\/p>\n<p>will not but let&#x2019;s keep this 24 hour<\/p>\n<p>food fast going i&#x2019;ll see you in three<\/p>\n<p>hours five nineteen<\/p>\n<p>and this is the temptation that i have<\/p>\n<p>to deal with<\/p>\n<p>right here i&#x2019;ll change let&#x2019;s say no this<\/p>\n<p>is the temptation i have to deal with<\/p>\n<p>for the kiddos but<\/p>\n<p>40 more minutes to go<\/p>\n<p>all right guys so i have prepped
