i hear from you<\/p>\n<p>guys you&#x2019;re like michelle you have so<\/p>\n<p>much energy but i&#x2019;m telling you i am<\/p>\n<p>just like you there are days when i feel<\/p>\n<p>like i have energy through the roof and<\/p>\n<p>then there&#x2019;s days when i&#x2019;m feeling like<\/p>\n<p>man i really don&#x2019;t want to work out so<\/p>\n<p>here&#x2019;s what i&#x2019;m gonna share with you how<\/p>\n<p>this little gadget this <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> is helping<\/p>\n<p>me out so i&#x2019;ve been using the product<\/p>\n<p>for about four weeks now<\/p>\n<p>and i&#x2019;ve really actually just learned<\/p>\n<p>more how to use it so<\/p>\n<p>it&#x2019;s like what they say the more you use<\/p>\n<p>it the better it understands you and it<\/p>\n<p>gives you the feedback that you need<\/p>\n<p>specifically for your goals so my goal<\/p>\n<p>is to not lose muscle mass but actually<\/p>\n<p>gain muscle mass as i age because i&#x2019;m<\/p>\n<p>over 40 and usually at this stage we<\/p>\n<p>lose that muscle mass<\/p>\n<p>so i tend to use this more so pre and<\/p>\n<p>post workouts i also do use it first<\/p>\n<p>thing in the morning so that i know<\/p>\n<p>what fuel i&#x2019;m using and the fuel would<\/p>\n<p>be either fats carbs or it could be<\/p>\n<p>between them both of them now the goal<\/p>\n<p>for me is that i want to be waking up in<\/p>\n<p>the morning fasted in fat burning so<\/p>\n<p>that i know that if i&#x2019;m going to do a<\/p>\n<p>workout so now it depends on what<\/p>\n<p>workout i&#x2019;m going to do if i&#x2019;m going to<\/p>\n<p>do a high intensity workout or heavy<\/p>\n<p>weights<\/p>\n<p>i want to have my number up so i&#x2019;ll blow<\/p>\n<p>into this<\/p>\n<p>and i&#x2019;ll give me a measurement and if<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m a one or two<\/p>\n<p>i need to fuel up that&#x2019;s gonna tell me<\/p>\n<p>hey you&#x2019;re gonna do an intense workout<\/p>\n<p>get some fuel in your system now if i<\/p>\n<p>start my day off and i&#x2019;m already at a<\/p>\n<p>four or five and i&#x2019;m using carbs<\/p>\n<p>and i&#x2019;m going to do these workouts then<\/p>\n<p>it&#x2019;s going to tell me i&#x2019;m a-okay that<\/p>\n<p>you have the energy to do that workout<\/p>\n<p>now if i&#x2019;m going to do the reverse if<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m going to do a less impact workout<\/p>\n<p>say like a bar<\/p>\n<p>or a pilates workout i i&#x2019;m okay to be in<\/p>\n<p>a fasted state and do that workout so<\/p>\n<p>let me show you how to work this cool<\/p>\n<p>little gadget i also want to share with<\/p>\n<p>you that this is the first of its prior to eating<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m just gonna do a random so it&#x2019;ll ask<\/p>\n<p>you<\/p>\n<p>at what time of the day you want to do<\/p>\n<p>your measurement i&#x2019;m going to do a<\/p>\n<p>custom check in here<\/p>\n<p>and this is what i really like you have<\/p>\n<p>to sit and relax<\/p>\n<p>how many times do you do that during the<\/p>\n<p>day<\/p>\n<p>inhale deeply through your <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>hold your breath<\/p>\n<p>exhale in three<\/p>\n<p>two<\/p>\n<p>one<\/p>\n<p>did you do a nice exhale too do you feel<\/p>\n<p>more relaxed i sure do<\/p>\n<p>let&#x2019;s see where i am<\/p>\n<p>i am in you&#x2019;re burning both carbs and<\/p>\n<p>fat so that&#x2019;s great middle of the day<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;ve eaten i actually ate carbs so my<\/p>\n<p>body is using the right fuel source<\/p>\n<p>what i really love about this is that i<\/p>\n<p>can customize what my goals are<\/p>\n<p>and my workouts and that&#x2019;s going to<\/p>\n<p>adjust how many carbs and how much<\/p>\n<p>protein what we call the macros that my<\/p>\n<p>body needs for the fuel and to reach the<\/p>\n<p>goal that i have so if you have weight<\/p>\n<p>loss goal you would put that in there<\/p>\n<p>and then if you&#x2019;re doing any kind of<\/p>\n<p>workouts input that information the more<\/p>\n<p>that you use it and the more information<\/p>\n<p>that you share with <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> it&#x2019;s going to<\/p>\n<p>give you a better understanding of the<\/p>\n<p>nutrition that your body is going to<\/p>\n<p>need to get to that goal so for me i&#x2019;m<\/p>\n<p>going to continue to keep using the<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> and check in every morning they<\/p>\n<p>say that that is the most important one<\/p>\n<p>it lets you know what fuel system that<\/p>\n<p>you&#x2019;re using if you do intermittent<\/p>\n<p>fasting this is going to tell you if<\/p>\n<p>that window like that 12 hour window or<\/p>\n<p>maybe you need longer is working for<\/p>\n<p>your fast because everybody is different<\/p>\n<p>i like to use this pre and post workout<\/p>\n<p>so that i know what i need to fuel
