love.<\/p>\n<p>so yeah i&#x2019;m going to jump right into the review of the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> device.<\/p>\n<p>so i had this exciting um package sent to me from <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> and i thought i should give them a review.<\/p>\n<p>and so yeah basically <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> is a metabolic measurement device and it comes in this very cute black box just like this. and it also has a few information on the back that just you know tells you about what is inside the box .<\/p>\n<p>so in the box you will have your <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> device your charging dock your travel case a usb c cable and a user guide the product is compatible with ios and android devices this is my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> device.<\/p>\n<p>and it&#x2019;s so handy i love the travel case<\/p>\n<p>that it comes with<\/p>\n<p>because i can just talk my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> in here<\/p>\n<p>and take it out and about with me and<\/p>\n<p>this is the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> device<\/p>\n<p>itself so all i need to do is<\/p>\n<p>to pair this product with by phone<\/p>\n<p>and um yeah this is the app of the<\/p>\n<p>the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> app so all i did was to<\/p>\n<p>download the app<\/p>\n<p>and then sync your device with the app<\/p>\n<p>and that is what i did and um yeah i<\/p>\n<p>always use this every day<\/p>\n<p>and so basically what you do with this<\/p>\n<p>device is that you will breathe into it<\/p>\n<p>and it will kind of analyze your<\/p>\n<p>metabolism<\/p>\n<p>to tell you more about what you are<\/p>\n<p>burning<\/p>\n<p>if you&#x2019;re burning fat or if you&#x2019;re<\/p>\n<p>burning carbs<\/p>\n<p>so your ideal thing to burn in the<\/p>\n<p>morning is fats<\/p>\n<p>so my first week was really good because<\/p>\n<p>in my first week i was burning a lot of<\/p>\n<p>fat<\/p>\n<p>i was getting more of level 1 and 2 on<\/p>\n<p>my commitment<\/p>\n<p>for that first week so yeah this<\/p>\n<p>is kind of how it looks like i&#x2019;m not<\/p>\n<p>sure if you guys can see it very well<\/p>\n<p>but um this is for this week so this<\/p>\n<p>week alone<\/p>\n<p>on monday i was on level three tuesday<\/p>\n<p>level four that means i was burning more<\/p>\n<p>of caps<\/p>\n<p>on wednesday i was on level three<\/p>\n<p>thursday<\/p>\n<p>um i was level three as well friday<\/p>\n<p>level four<\/p>\n<p>but saturday i was on level two so on<\/p>\n<p>saturday was a really good day for me<\/p>\n<p>because<\/p>\n<p>i was burning you know less i was<\/p>\n<p>burning fats and dropped carbs yeah and<\/p>\n<p>what happened to me on saturday was<\/p>\n<p>because i didn&#x2019;t eat<\/p>\n<p>dinner so i didn&#x2019;t eat dinner on friday<\/p>\n<p>nights<\/p>\n<p>and um i had my breakfast you know in<\/p>\n<p>the morning<\/p>\n<p>around 10 11 so it recorded<\/p>\n<p>that i was burning more of fats so i<\/p>\n<p>think the less you eat<\/p>\n<p>the more fats you burn and um the more<\/p>\n<p>you eat<\/p>\n<p>the more carbs you burn so that is how<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;ve been able to analyze my metabolism<\/p>\n<p>that way<\/p>\n<p>um so this device would really be good<\/p>\n<p>for people that are like<\/p>\n<p>fitness enthusiasts or<\/p>\n<p>people who are very active you know<\/p>\n<p>fitness wise<\/p>\n<p>they&#x2019;re the ones that would really<\/p>\n<p>benefit from this product<\/p>\n<p>but as a mom of two i&#x2019;m trying to lose<\/p>\n<p>some weight<\/p>\n<p>and i&#x2019;m trying to watch my diet and all<\/p>\n<p>of that and i have been able to find<\/p>\n<p>this device helpful to me so for example<\/p>\n<p>today i&#x2019;ve been recommended to eat<\/p>\n<p>60 grams of carbs 55 grams of<\/p>\n<p>fat and 1 10 grams of protein<\/p>\n<p>so i&#x2019;m on a low carb day<\/p>\n<p>so i need to get enough protein and it<\/p>\n<p>helps<\/p>\n<p>preserve my muscle mass that is what<\/p>\n<p>they have said<\/p>\n<p>on there so why did i get this<\/p>\n<p>this um plant today you are burning fat<\/p>\n<p>for energy that&#x2019;s what it says i&#x2019;m just<\/p>\n<p>going to read why it gave me this<\/p>\n<p>recommendation<\/p>\n<p>so it says you are burning fat for<\/p>\n<p>energy<\/p>\n<p>the recommended carb servings in your<\/p>\n<p>daily plan<\/p>\n<p>will allow you to remain in a fat<\/p>\n<p>burning state<\/p>\n<p>your workout today doesn&#x2019;t require<\/p>\n<p>additional caps so if i need to work out<\/p>\n<p>right now i can just go ahead and do my<\/p>\n<p>workouts<\/p>\n<p>because i do not need to eat like<\/p>\n<p>anything before i work out<\/p>\n<p>yeah so this kind of helps you again if<\/p>\n<p>you&#x2019;re someone who<\/p>\n<p>you know always goes to the gym in the<\/p>\n<p>morning<\/p>\n<p>um it will kind of tell you if you need<\/p>\n<p>to eat before you go to the gym<\/p>\n<p>or if you&#x2019;re okay to just you know go on<\/p>\n<p>and burn some fat<\/p>\n<p>in the gym whatever i know so yeah it<\/p>\n<p>helps you do that<\/p>\n<p>um it gives you your commitment<\/p>\n<p>goals for the week you know it shows<\/p>\n<p>your commitment goal<\/p>\n<p>um another thing that is really super<\/p>\n<p>helpful is that it has this kind of<\/p>\n<p>meal inspiration meal ideas<\/p>\n<p>where it just shows you the kind of<\/p>\n<p>foods that are going to be required<\/p>\n<p>for you to eat like it&#x2019;s if you if you<\/p>\n<p>have a low carb day<\/p>\n<p>it will tell you like how many servings<\/p>\n<p>of you know maybe rice or something that<\/p>\n<p>you need to eat for that day<\/p>\n<p>it will give you like an idea of the<\/p>\n<p>kind of portions you should have<\/p>\n<p>maybe you should have more of salmon on<\/p>\n<p>the plate<\/p>\n<p>with mixed veggies and just a little bit<\/p>\n<p>of potatoes<\/p>\n<p>or like a little bit of carbs it kind of<\/p>\n<p>gives you<\/p>\n<p>an idea of how your your meal should<\/p>\n<p>look like<\/p>\n<p>and um this is just like an example<\/p>\n<p>don&#x2019;t worry i&#x2019;ll show you guys<\/p>\n<p>a closer picture of this so this is just<\/p>\n<p>like<\/p>\n<p>an example of you know how the meals<\/p>\n<p>look like and how the portion sizes are<\/p>\n<p>it will tell you your breakfast lunch<\/p>\n<p>snack dinner options you can have any<\/p>\n<p>meal<\/p>\n<p>that you want based on the inspiration<\/p>\n<p>on here<\/p>\n<p>so it tells you more of like your<\/p>\n<p>nutrition it tells you what a carb<\/p>\n<p>serving is<\/p>\n<p>it breaks down what carbohydrates are<\/p>\n<p>what vegetables are<\/p>\n<p>proteins fats how to meal prep<\/p>\n<p>diets drinks and carbs how to drink<\/p>\n<p>enough water<\/p>\n<p>alcohol and carbs and eating out it just<\/p>\n<p>gives you like<\/p>\n<p>you know breakdown of all of these<\/p>\n<p>things to make you<\/p>\n<p>you know more enlightened and more<\/p>\n<p>educated about<\/p>\n<p>what your metabolism needs and<\/p>\n<p>so yeah it also has some <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> basics um<\/p>\n<p>it says how to win<\/p>\n<p>with <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> it just breaks down how to<\/p>\n<p>use your<\/p>\n<p>living device to breathe it also tells<\/p>\n<p>you how to take an accurate breath<\/p>\n<p>measurement<\/p>\n<p>following lumens nutritional plan your<\/p>\n<p>data for yesterday<\/p>\n<p>why take your morning measurement after<\/p>\n<p>and overnight fast<\/p>\n<p>how to use <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> daily what is your<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> flex score i<\/p>\n<p>i don&#x2019;t have my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> flex score yet<\/p>\n<p>because it&#x2019;s not yet a month<\/p>\n<p>of using this so when it is a month of<\/p>\n<p>using this i will have my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> flex<\/p>\n<p>score<\/p>\n<p>which then hacks my whole metabolism<\/p>\n<p>and you know i would have a more clearer<\/p>\n<p>picture of<\/p>\n<p>my kind of metabolism so yeah<\/p>\n<p>then the benefits of high flex score um<\/p>\n<p>breathing before your workout breathing<\/p>\n<p>after your workouts<\/p>\n<p>so any time i want to engage in a home<\/p>\n<p>workout<\/p>\n<p>i breathe into this device it records it<\/p>\n<p>for me and<\/p>\n<p>after about 30 minutes of doing my<\/p>\n<p>exercise i will breathe again into this<\/p>\n<p>device and it will<\/p>\n<p>record it as well so yeah<\/p>\n<p>so here it tells me about my insights it<\/p>\n<p>tells me how to train my metabolism to<\/p>\n<p>burn<\/p>\n<p>fat how my body chooses what fuel to use<\/p>\n<p>either the carbs or the fats equation<\/p>\n<p>my metabolic flexibility when my body<\/p>\n<p>can use carbs efficiently<\/p>\n<p>sleeping my way to a healthy metabolism<\/p>\n<p>it also analyzes<\/p>\n<p>my sleep pattern so it helps me to you<\/p>\n<p>know have a better idea of<\/p>\n<p>how to have better sleep how many hours<\/p>\n<p>to sleep for<\/p>\n<p>and how to sleep my way to a healthier<\/p>\n<p>metabolism<\/p>\n<p>so on here you can also practice<\/p>\n<p>breathing as well<\/p>\n<p>and you can learn how to breathe um i<\/p>\n<p>found it i found it difficult to<\/p>\n<p>breathe in the first week of using<\/p>\n<p>device i was always<\/p>\n<p>feeling all my breath you know<\/p>\n<p>measurements because it was so difficult<\/p>\n<p>for me<\/p>\n<p>but i kind of have a hang of it right<\/p>\n<p>now which i will show you guys how i do<\/p>\n<p>it<\/p>\n<p>um basically all you need to do first<\/p>\n<p>off is to tilt your head backwards and<\/p>\n<p>you know breathe in like this<\/p>\n<p>that is what i found to be the solution<\/p>\n<p>to my<\/p>\n<p>my my own you know measurements if i do<\/p>\n<p>like this<\/p>\n<p>i would do it perfectly but if i do like<\/p>\n<p>this i&#x2019;ll do like this<\/p>\n<p>as it i wouldn&#x2019;t have the right breath<\/p>\n<p>measurement i don&#x2019;t know why but it<\/p>\n<p>doesn&#x2019;t work out for me that way<\/p>\n<p>but anytime i tilt my head up and tilt<\/p>\n<p>the device like this i always get it<\/p>\n<p>right so i think maybe my<\/p>\n<p>my throat or something opens up when i<\/p>\n<p>tilt my head up i&#x2019;m not sure<\/p>\n<p>but that is what i have found to work<\/p>\n<p>for me um<\/p>\n<p>you also have your weight measurement on<\/p>\n<p>there your bmi<\/p>\n<p>so i&#x2019;ve selected the healthy weight loss<\/p>\n<p>tracking<\/p>\n<p>and um it says my daily calories should<\/p>\n<p>be 1<\/p>\n<p>104 and after a<\/p>\n<p>500 calorie deficits okay so<\/p>\n<p>my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> flex score hasn&#x2019;t been unlocked<\/p>\n<p>yet because i&#x2019;m on week two<\/p>\n<p>so i need two more weeks to go for me to<\/p>\n<p>get my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> flex score<\/p>\n<p>so now it also shows you like all of<\/p>\n<p>your <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a> scores for<\/p>\n<p>for each week um so yeah this is my<\/p>\n<p>current week so after<\/p>\n<p>um tomorrow tomorrow is sunday so after<\/p>\n<p>tomorrow i&#x2019;ll be in my final week to get<\/p>\n<p>my flex score<\/p>\n<p>and again i&#x2019;m excited about that so i&#x2019;m<\/p>\n<p>going to show you guys how i breathe<\/p>\n<p>into my device<\/p>\n<p>and there&#x2019;s this kind of breath um sign<\/p>\n<p>on top i&#x2019;ll turn my device on from this<\/p>\n<p>little button right here<\/p>\n<p>and um it will pair with my phone<\/p>\n<p>and that is what it is doing now so yeah<\/p>\n<p>it says<\/p>\n<p>let&#x2019;s go take three normal breaths<\/p>\n<p>through your nose<\/p>\n<p>then inhale deeply through your <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>hold your breath<\/p>\n<p>exhale in three two one<\/p>\n<p>so it says that i have passed that first<\/p>\n<p>breath<\/p>\n<p>and i need to take a second one because<\/p>\n<p>it will do this<\/p>\n<p>three times okay okay<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m not sure if you guys can see very<\/p>\n<p>well<\/p>\n<p>take three normal breaths through your<\/p>\n<p>nose then<\/p>\n<p>inhale deeply through your <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" the analysis so yeah<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m now a pro at breathing into this<\/p>\n<p>thing at first i couldn&#x2019;t really do it i<\/p>\n<p>was like<\/p>\n<p>i was bringing too fast or too slow<\/p>\n<p>or too short so but now i now have a<\/p>\n<p>hurry<\/p>\n<p>normal breaths through your nose then<\/p>\n<p>inhale deeply through your <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[Music]<\/p>\n<p>hold your breath<\/p>\n<p>exhale in three two one<\/p>\n<p>yeah it got right and it&#x2019;s going to<\/p>\n<p>you know analyze it all for me so that<\/p>\n<p>is what it is saying<\/p>\n<p>so it is saying that i&#x2019;m on level three<\/p>\n<p>and level three means<\/p>\n<p>i&#x2019;m burning both fats and carbs<\/p>\n<p>and that is what it means so i&#x2019;m burning<\/p>\n<p>between 42 to 63 percent<\/p>\n<p>fat so yeah i&#x2019;m on level three now<\/p>\n<p>so right now i can do my workouts maybe<\/p>\n<p>i could go for a walk for about<\/p>\n<p>15 minutes and then relax<\/p>\n<p>a bit and then take my measurements<\/p>\n<p>again<\/p>\n<p>just to close that whole you know<\/p>\n<p>metabolism hacking you know breath<\/p>\n<p>test so yeah yeah i also have to mention<\/p>\n<p>the calibration day so calibration day<\/p>\n<p>was<\/p>\n<p>the next day after my first breath with<\/p>\n<p>the <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>so the calibration day kind of<\/p>\n<p>calibrated my whole<\/p>\n<p>day and you know analyzed all of my<\/p>\n<p>breaths<\/p>\n<p>and just you know gave me like you know<\/p>\n<p>my food portions and all of that<\/p>\n<p>all of that jazz yeah i did the<\/p>\n<p>calibration day<\/p>\n<p>and so it kind of brought me to this<\/p>\n<p>phase where i am now where<\/p>\n<p>each time i breathe it just tells me my<\/p>\n<p>you know my nutrition basics and you<\/p>\n<p>know all of that so each week<\/p>\n<p>when you complete a week it will ask you<\/p>\n<p>for your weight<\/p>\n<p>just so that you can track your weight<\/p>\n<p>to know if you are losing weight or not<\/p>\n<p>um i had to go and buy a weight<\/p>\n<p>measurement<\/p>\n<p>because um yeah i needed it for my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>to work with my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>um yeah so i would you know use that<\/p>\n<p>weight measurement<\/p>\n<p>to weigh myself and indicate the<\/p>\n<p>measurement on my <a class=\"lar-automated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthnutritiontips.com\/zh\/go\/lumen\/\" 1094 rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">lumen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>so yeah well i do i um like the product<\/p>\n<p>i feel like the product is good if you<\/p>\n<p>are really curious<\/p>\n<p>about tracking or if you&#x2019;re really<\/p>\n<p>curious about<\/p>\n<p>hacking your metabolism um it kind of<\/p>\n<p>shows you<\/p>\n<p>if you&#x2019;re burning fats or if you&#x2019;re<\/p>\n<p>burning carbs<\/p>\n<p>and it kind of you know tells you the<\/p>\n<p>kind of food portions<\/p>\n<p>that you can eat more of and um it kind<\/p>\n<p>of analyzes<\/p>\n<p>the healthy things that you need to eat<\/p>\n<p>so if you want to eat healthy<\/p>\n<p>if you want to lose weight um this is a<\/p>\n<p>good device for you<\/p>\n<p>because it also measures your breath<\/p>\n<p>before a workout and that&#x2019;s why it work<\/p>\n<p>out so yeah<\/p>\n<p>it&#x2019;s kind of on the days where on the<\/p>\n<p>days where you feel<\/p>\n<p>weak you feel tired um it&#x2019;s because of<\/p>\n<p>your metabolism<\/p>\n<p>yeah so whenever you feel weak and tired<\/p>\n<p>you know it kind of tells you maybe<\/p>\n<p>you&#x2019;re eating some<\/p>\n<p>kind of carbs that you know can weigh<\/p>\n<p>you down<\/p>\n<p>and stuff like that so you might need to<\/p>\n<p>eat a more healthier diet<\/p>\n<p>you know just to maintain your health<\/p>\n<p>your metabolism<\/p>\n<p>and of course because of the food that<\/p>\n<p>we eat it reflects in our health<\/p>\n<p>and it kind of it could boost your<\/p>\n<p>energy or it could reduce your energy<\/p>\n<p>so yeah that&#x2019;s why it&#x2019;s good to have a<\/p>\n<p>device like this<\/p>\n<p>that kind of breaks it all down to you<\/p>\n<p>and keeps you<\/p>\n<p>educated on you know your metabolism<\/p>\n<p>so will i buy this product um<\/p>\n<p>it comes at a hefty price so yeah this<\/p>\n<p>is a sponsored product so it
